We& use gender neutral, plural language with & notation when referring to the system, such as they&, us&, and themselves&. For example, "Nova& are my siblings." The & is not pronounced. We& prefer to be addressed as individuals with our own names and pronouns where possible.
We& sometimes blend fluidly, flexibly, and mostly system-wide when asserting individual personality costs too much energy or doesn't matter - like when brushing our& teeth. We& can identify as a singular Nova ("I am Nova.") when this happens, for convenience.
